Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all paid consultations, written reports, and courses offered by Maharshi Numerology Consulting (“MNC”, “we”, “us”). By making a payment, you agree to the terms set out below, read together with our Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.

2. Confirmation of Booking

A consultation is confirmed only once payment has been received and an appointment slot has been mutually agreed. Payment instructions are shared after your consultation request is reviewed and confirmed.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a confirmed consultation once, free of charge, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be accommodated at our discretion, subject to availability.

4. Cancellations and Refunds — Consultations

• Cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment: full refund, less any payment-gateway or bank charges.
• Cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment: 50% refund.
• Cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, or a missed appointment without notice: no refund.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule and no alternative time suits you: full refund.

5. Written Reports

Because reports are prepared individually for you, a request to cancel can be accepted only before work on the report has begun. Once preparation has started, the fee is non-refundable. If a report is delayed beyond the communicated delivery window for reasons within our control, you may choose to wait or to receive a full refund.

6. Courses

Course fees may be refunded in full if written notice is received at least seven days before the batch start date. After a batch has commenced, fees are non-refundable, though we will normally allow you to transfer your seat to the next available batch once, subject to availability. If a batch is cancelled by us, participants receive a full refund or a transfer to a later batch, at their choice.

7. What Is Not Refundable

Fees are charged for professional time, analysis, and preparation — not for a particular outcome. Dissatisfaction with the content of a reading, or with events that follow it, is not a ground for refund. Numerological guidance is interpretive by nature; please read our Disclaimer before booking.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email office@maharshinumerology.com with your name, the date of payment, and the service booked. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Bank or gateway charges, where applicable, are deducted from the refunded amount.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it.
